Materials & Craftsmanship

Every component of this chandelier is crafted from solid brass using traditional lost-wax casting techniques, allowing the artisan to achieve the deeply sculpted acanthus leaf scroll arms, the richly detailed central column, and the ornate canopy that crowns the fixture. The finish is applied by hand, lending a luminous depth that machine-finished brass simply cannot replicate. Suspended from the arms are cascading strands of hand-cut crystal drops culminating in faceted floral crystal pendants — their weight and clarity catching and dispersing light in the Rococo tradition. Six E14 candelabra sockets hold candle-form bulbs that echo the wax tapers of the original period pieces.
