Product Descriptions

However, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and size are inherent and should be expected. These variations are not defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item you receive. Monitor settings and lighting conditions may also affect how colors appear on screen.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse orders for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information
• Shipping restrictions to your location

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Estimated delivery times for custom pieces are approximations and not guarantees.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are your responsibility.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made for wholesale accounts. We accept the payment methods listed on our website, which may include credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other options.

For bank transfer payments, your order will be processed once funds have cleared in our account. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing your order, or the order may be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, timeframes, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For international orders, you are responsible for compliance with your country's import regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Returns Policy.

Items must be returned within the specified timeframe in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Custom-made pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product designs, and software, is the property of Brass & Wood or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Brass & Wood name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Brass & Wood. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brass & Wood and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
