Ordering & Products
Yes, every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Cairo workshop. Our master craftsmen use traditional techniques passed down through generations — from hand-casting solid brass to intricate hand-engraving and hand-polishing. Each piece takes days or even weeks to complete, ensuring exceptional quality and unique character.
We use only premium materials:
- Frames — Solid beech wood (خشب زان)
- Surfaces — Treated/engineered wood
- Finishes — High-quality paints and lacquers
- Upholstery — Comfortable, premium fabrics
- Brass Finishes — Gold, silver, or natural brass
Customization is available for large furniture pieces such as bedrooms, dining tables, and salons. We can adjust dimensions, finishes, and certain design elements to suit your space.
Customization for medium items is limited, and small items or brass pieces cannot be customized.
We also offer a free design service — send us a video or room measurements, and our design team will prepare a full layout proposal for you.

Minimum order quantities vary by product category and customization requirements. Generally, we require a minimum of 10-20 pieces per design for wholesale orders. For custom/OEM orders, minimums may be higher depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Our primary markets include:
- GCC Countries (Free Shipping) — Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
- Iraq — Additional shipping fee applies
- Egypt — Usually free shipping
- Other Countries — Contact us for a shipping quote

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman on all orders. Shipping is via overland transport with approximately 10 days transit time. All shipments are fully insured.
Note: Delivery is to your door. In Riyadh and UAE, we also provide entry and assembly service through our local teams. For other locations, the customer handles unloading.
We take extreme care in packaging every piece. Our multi-layer packaging system includes:
- Soft fabric wrapping to protect the finish
- Custom-fitted foam inserts
- Double-walled corrugated boxes
- Corner protectors for larger items
- "Fragile" and "This Side Up" labels
For chandeliers and extremely delicate pieces, we use wooden crates. All shipments are fully insured against damage during transit.
Delivery times depend on whether the item is ready-made or custom:
- Ready-Made Products: 10–15 days total
- Custom/Made-to-Order: 45–70 days (includes production time)
- Shipping Transit: Approximately 10 days via overland transport
Most of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard catalog items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Please note that custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our full Return Policy for details.
We are sorry to hear that. If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging materials
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Our items are fully insured during shipping, so you are protected against transit damage.
Yes, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge within the same region.

- Visa Payment Link — Secure online payment via Visa
Payment Structure: 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin production, then 50% balance due before shipping.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Installment plans are not available. All orders follow our standard payment structure: 50% deposit to begin production, and 50% balance before shipping.
This applies to both individual and wholesale orders.
Care & Maintenance
Our brass pieces are finished with a protective lacquer coating. For regular cleaning:
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
- For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap
- Dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or harsh polishes
Over time, brass naturally develops a beautiful patina. If you prefer to maintain the original shine, we recommend professional re-lacquering every few years.
Our wooden items are sealed with protective finishes, but proper care extends their beauty:
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Avoid placing near heat sources or in humid areas
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth
- Use coasters under hot or wet items
- Occasionally treat with quality furniture oil or wax
Yes, we offer restoration and repair services for Brass & Wood pieces. Whether your item needs re-polishing, re-lacquering, minor repairs, or full restoration, our craftsmen can bring it back to its original glory.
