We provide complimentary shipping to GCC destinations. For international orders outside the region, our team will prepare a tailored shipping quote based on destination, size, and handling needs.

From Order to Delivery
Most pieces are made to order by skilled artisans. This process allows each item to be finished with the level of craftsmanship and care expected from Brass & Wood.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and the 50% deposit is received, production is scheduled and your delivery estimate is confirmed by our team.
Production & Crafting
Each piece is handcrafted in our Cairo workshop using traditional methods, careful finishing, and quality control at every stage.
45–70 Days for Custom OrdersShipping & Transit
Your order is professionally packed and dispatched using the most suitable delivery method for the destination. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
Approx. 10 Days Transit TimeDelivery to Your Door
Your furniture arrives at the final address. In Riyadh and the UAE, entry and assembly are included. For other destinations, unloading is arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Ready-Made vs. Custom Orders
Delivery timing depends on whether the piece is already in stock or made specifically for your order.
Ready-Made Items
In-stock products are prepared and dispatched promptly, with total delivery typically taking 10–15 days including transit.
Custom Orders
Made-to-order furniture is crafted to your requested specifications, with full delivery usually completed within 45–70 days.
Transit Window
Overland delivery to Arab countries generally takes around 10 days once the shipment has left our Cairo facility.

Delivery Service
All deliveries are made to your door, and our shipping partners will contact you to coordinate the delivery schedule.
In Riyadh and UAE: entry and assembly are provided through our local teams at no additional charge.
Other locations: customers are generally responsible for unloading from the delivery vehicle unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Every piece is packed to protect its finish, structure, and decorative details during transport:

All shipments are fully insured during transit.
