Materials & Finish

Crafted from genuine ivory-toned marble, the column's surface carries the natural veining and warmth characteristic of fine European stone. The decorative mounts — capital foliage, collar rings, and the ornate urn plaque on the plinth — are cast in solid brass and finished in rich antique gold, creating a luminous contrast against the pale marble body. Every surface is hand-polished to museum-quality standard by Brass & Wood artisans in Egypt.

Craftsmanship

Each pedestal is assembled by hand at the Brass & Wood atelier, where classical European replica techniques are preserved with exacting care. The fluted column shaft is precision-turned, the Corinthian capital is individually cast and chased, and the plinth mounts are hand-applied and secured. The result is a sculptural accent piece equally suited to displaying sculpture, botanical arrangements, or standing independently as an architectural statement.
