Materials
The frame is constructed from kiln-dried solid hardwood, hand-carved by master artisans and then coated in genuine gold leaf for a warm, luminous finish. Craftsmanship
Every swag, tassel, and fluted leg is carved individually before the entire piece is assembled, primed, and gilded by hand in the Brass & Wood atelier in Egypt. Multiple layers of bole and gold leaf are burnished to achieve depth and brilliance. The result is a showpiece that rivals the great cabinet-makers of 18th-century Paris.
