Its half-moon silhouette, slender fluted legs, and disciplined symmetry echo the grandeur of Versailles, making it an immediate focal point in any entrance hall, salon, or gallery.

Materials & Finish

The console is constructed from solid mahogany, providing an enduring structural foundation. The tabletop features an elaborate parquetry field of contrasting veneers, crowned by a central floral marquetry medallion that draws the eye with its botanical intricacy. Antique brass ormolu mounts — delicate swag garlands, rosette corner pieces, and lion-mask hardware — are applied across the frieze and legs, delivering the authentic gilded warmth synonymous with the Louis XVI period. The lower demi-lune shelf mirrors the tabletop's sunburst parquetry inlay, completing the composition with perfect visual balance. All brass hardware is hand-chased and hand-finished by Brass & Wood artisans.
